#### Action items and next steps

* **Alexey**: Complete final benchmarks for v10.7.1 and share results in Discord. If green, tag the pre-release for community testing immediately.
* **Bosko/ Kevin**: Update the Risk Register to include:
  * Plutus cost model changes negatively affecting existing DApps.
  * CC dropping below 7 members before CommitteeMinSize reduction.
* **Bosko**: Finalize the Stakeholder Contact Map and delegate outreach for DApps (Leonard) and Exchanges (Cardano Foundation) to ensure they are testing against v10.7.1.
* **Kevin / Ryan Williams**: Finalize the metadata and chaining logic for the CommitteeMinSize governance action following the enactment of the cost models on Preview.
* **Bosko**: Refine the X Space / Community Engagement strategy to target specific stakeholder groups (e.g., a session specifically for SPOs or DApp/DEX developers) to increase participation.
* **Bosko**: Finalize the background list of all ecosystem stakeholders and contact points to ensure targeted communications for the v11.0 upgrade.
* **Bosko**: Finalize the open Discord HF channel permissions to allow public "read-only" access for non-Intersect members by next week.
* **Ryan Williams**: Share the Builderfest recording on technical short-listing once available to incorporate broader community feedback into the Dijkstra scoping process.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://cardanoupgrades.docs.intersectmbo.org/general/hard-fork-working-group-meeting-minutes/14th-april-2026.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
